Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to the location and within 30 minutes of home store.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Proficient with a personal computer.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions.
• Represent the Cricket brand professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply.
• Participate in outside events or promotional activities when required.
