Job summary

Cricket Wireless, via Mobilelink, is hiring a Sales Advocate in Alabama. You will deliver exceptional customer service, suggest tailored wireless solutions, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

You may assist with store operations and contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to work 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills with customer-first focus.
• Attitude and technical aptitude to learn and explain products.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to the store location.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence is preferred.
