Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer, seeks a Sales Advocate in the United States. You will deliver extraordinary customer service, tailor solutions for individuals and businesses, and help drive sales while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

Role includes store operations support, potential bonuses for meeting KPIs, and occasional participation in events to boost customer engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Attitude and technical aptitude aligned with sales environment.
• A background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit customers, families or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
