Job summary

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States. The Sales Advocate will help customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role includes building value for customers, supporting store operations, and pursuing sales goals. Employment requires availability to work 32+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends, with opportunity for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Customer service-focused with honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
