Qualifications

• Clear communication, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for each person, family, or business.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events or community activities to drive customer acquisition.
