Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication for diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns and community events.
• Reach out to current customers by phone for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
