Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team. You will connect with customers to assess needs and provide wireless solutions, delivering outstanding service aligned with our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Care for Every Person.

Responsibilities

Facilitate retail sales of devices and wireless services with outstanding service.
Create sales opportunities through campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and events.
Contact customers by phone for additional opportunities.
Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals.
