Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist/Retail Sales Representative to understand customer needs and provide tailored wireless solutions. You will deliver personalized service, demonstrate product capabilities, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative campaigns and community events.
• Reach out to customers for follow-up sales opportunities by phone.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
