Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team. You will get to know customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized service to help them select wireless products and services.

This role offers uncapped earnings potential with base pay and commissions, plus growth opportunities within a dynamic retail environment. As part of our team, you will embody Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while helping communities stay connected.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Self-motivated with the drive to learn, grow and excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service to the general public.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
