Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist to deliver personalized service and help customers select wireless products and services. You will embody Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service, and contribute to the community while driving sales in a Verizon Authorized Retailer environment.

• Open availability during store hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Follow up with customers via phone for additional opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Assist with daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling).
• Aim to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
