Russell Cellular in McMinnville, TN is seeking a Wireless Specialist to provide personalized customer service and drive wireless product sales. You will learn customer needs and recommend devices and services, embodying integrity, expertise, initiative and care for every person in our community.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network of locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community involvement events
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities
• Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties
• Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals
