Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer that seeks a Wireless Specialist to provide personalized wireless solutions in our Kentucky stores. You will learn products, build relationships, and help customers choose the right plans and devices to meet their needs.

As a part of a growing team across 700+ locations, you will deliver outstanding service, pursue sales opportunities, and contribute to a culture of integrity and initiative with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/month sales goals.
