Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.

• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers to upsell and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon offerings.
• Manage daily store operations such as opening/closing and cash handling.
