Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a retail sales role.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
- Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
- Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
- Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
- Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
- Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
