You will engage customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized service to equip them with wireless products and services. This role emphasizes integrity, expertise, initiative, and community care.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and excel in wireless sales.
• Knack for technology and ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and related duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
