Job summary

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring for a Wireless Sales Representative role. Base pay is $15.00 per hour with uncapped commission potential, averaging $20.00 per hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn, grow and excel in retail sales.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to accomplish daily/monthly sales goals.
