Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to understand customer needs and provide tailored wireless solutions. You will deliver exceptional service and advocate Russell Cellular’s values while supporting the team and communities we serve.

The role offers a base rate plus uncapped commission potential, with an average hourly earnings of about $20.16 when commissions are included. Opportunities for advancement and a strong team culture are highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Retail sales of cellular devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and events.
• Contact existing customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management and admin tasks.
• Develop and monitor plans to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
