Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. You will learn customer needs, provide personalized service, and help shoppers choose wireless plans and devices while living our core values of integrity, expertise, initiative and service.

The position offers a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commission potential, with an average of $20.00 per hour including commissions.

Qualifications

• Open availability during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless products and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create opportunities through local marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact existing customers to upsell additional products.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and various office/administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
