Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to build relationships with customers and tailor wireless solutions. You’ll earn a base rate plus uncapped commissions, with an average of $19 per hour including commission, offering potential for higher earnings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow and excel.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services with exceptional customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and events.
• Reach out to current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash, and admin duties.
• Plan and monitor actions to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
