Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer with 750+ locations across 43 states and over 2,600 team members. As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will learn customers' needs and provide individualized service to fit wireless products and services.

Base pay is $12/hour with uncapped commissions; average with commission is about $17/hour, offering growth and advancement in a fast-paced, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
