Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, understand their needs, and tailor wireless solutions. You will be the face of Russell Cellular and represent Verizon Authorized Retailer values.

This role offers uncapped commission potential, a base hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth across 750+ locations. You should be motivated, tech-savvy, and ready to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
Motivation and initiative to learn and grow in retail sales.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with exceptional customer service.
Develop sales opportunities through campaigns and community events.
Reach out to existing customers for additional sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
Set and monitor daily sales goals.
