Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, assess needs, and tailor wireless solutions with strong service. You will champion Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while representing a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

Key duties include selling devices and services, driving campaigns with Marketing, following up with customers for opportunities, and supporting daily store operations. Base $12/hour with uncapped commissions and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow in retail sales.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Follow up with customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Set and monitor daily sales goals and action plans.
