Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless products and services. Earn a base rate of $12.00 per hour with uncapped commissions, averaging $17.00 per hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.

• Knack for technology and learning wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
