Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Specialist to help customers choose wireless products and services while delivering exceptional service.

You will represent our Verizon Authorized Retailer with integrity and a customer-first mindset, driving sales and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail environment. Base pay starts at $12 per hour with uncapped commissions; average earnings with commission are about $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly and explain them to customers.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and community events to generate sales opportunities.
• Reach out to existing customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services and demonstrate capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and administrative duties.
