Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through local marketing campaigns and community events.
• Reach out to current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations, inventory, cash management and admin tasks.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
