Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills including relationship-building.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow and excel.
• Tech affinity and ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Reach out to current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, cash handling, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
