Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services and demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Develop plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
