The role emphasizes delivering excellent service and representing a strong retailer within the Verizon Authorized Retailer network. You will work as part of a team in a retail environment, with uncapped earning potential through commissions and a base hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
