Russell Cellular is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative in Worland, WY. You will help customers choose wireless products and services, delivering personalized service that reflects our brand values of integrity and care for every person.

You’ll build product knowledge, create sales opportunities, and support daily store operations while earning base pay plus uncapped commissions. This role offers growth and stability with Verizon Partner programs.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow and excel.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
