• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.

• Knack for technology and ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
