Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Specialist to deliver personalized wireless solutions and excellent customer service in-store. You will learn our products, demonstrate capabilities, and help customers choose the best devices and plans.

The role emphasizes integrity, expertise, and initiative within a collaborative team and community-focused environment. The position offers a base pay with uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement across 700+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the public while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and office duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals.
