Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow in retail.
• Tech affinity and ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Generate additional sales opportunities through local marketing initiatives.
• Reach out to current customers for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory and cash handling.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
