Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist to provide personalized wireless solutions to customers and drive sales. You will understand customer needs and recommend devices, services, and plans while upholding the company’s values of integrity and service.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and office/administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals.
