The role offers uncapped earning potential with base pay plus commission, growth opportunities, and a focus on community involvement across 750+ locations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel in retail sales.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
