Job summary

NKB is seeking motivated Retail Sales Associates to join the Cricket Wireless retail team in California. If you enjoy helping customers and earning more based on performance, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in wireless retail.

Previous wireless experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and opportunities for internal growth, with a base pay of $18.50/hour plus uncapped commissions and daily bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service are required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Willing to learn and accept coaching.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Cricket Wireless products, plans, promotions, and services.
• Recommend phones, accessories, and wireless solutions based on customer needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and customer transactions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current products and promotions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.
• Work closely with store management and team members to achieve store goals.
