Job summary

Cricket Wireless is hiring Retail Sales Associates in California to engage customers, promote wireless plans and devices, and drive sales performance. This role offers training, flexible hours, and opportunities for internal growth within a retail environment.

As a team member, you’ll contribute to a high-energy store experience, meet sales targets, and help customers select products that fit their needs while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Cricket Wireless products, plans, promotions, and services
• Recommend phones, accessories, and wireless solutions based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and customer transactions
• Maintain strong knowledge of current products and promotions
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Assist with inventory and merchandising
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Work closely with store management and team members to achieve store goals
