Job summary

Cricket Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in California. You will engage customers, explain plans and devices, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service throughout the purchase process.

We provide training, offer growth opportunities, and expect flexibility including weekends. Prior wireless experience is helpful but not required, with promotion paths into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Cricket Wireless products, plans, promotions, and services
• Recommend phones, accessories, and wireless solutions based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and customer transactions
• Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Assist with inventory and merchandising
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Work closely with store management and team members to achieve store goals
