Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is recruiting for a Sales Advocate. A paid 3-week training is provided, and no wireless experience is required. Base pay plus uncapped commissions offer earnings potential based on performance.

You will engage walk-in customers, explain devices and plans, and close sales while staying current on AT&T promotions. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
