Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate in a full-time role. You will guide walk-in customers through device and plan choices, learn all products during paid training, and work toward monthly targets with a focus on customer needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
