Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to engage walk-in customers and help them choose devices and plans. You will work to meet monthly sales targets, leveraging product knowledge and strong customer connections.

Training is fully paid, and you can expect evenings, weekends, and holiday availability. The role rewards performance with uncapped commission on top of base pay; prior wireless experience is not required, and you will undergo a 3-week paid

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with customers.
• Ability to pass a background check and work legally in the US.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred; hospitality background a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection with customers.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
