Your day includes engaging walk-in customers, achieving monthly targets, staying current on AT&T offerings, and representing the brand at local events. No wireless experience required; a paid 3-week training is provided, with base pay and uncapped commission to reward performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide decisions on devices and plans.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
