Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Sales Advocate in Davenport, FL. In this role you guide customers through devices and plans, building solutions that fit their needs.

You will engage walk-in customers, hit monthly targets, and participate in a fully paid 3-week training with uncapped commission potential. Prior retail experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
