Blue Link Wireless is hiring for a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans, with conversations, problem-solving, and closing as core activities. The role emphasizes a strong base pay with uncapped commissions and a fully paid 3-week training program.

As a practical, people-focused salesperson, you will engage walk-in customers, meet monthly targets, stay updated on AT&T products, and may represent the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background helpful.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand most of shift and move items up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
