Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Sales Advocate in Florida. This full-time role includes base pay with uncapped commissions and a fully paid 3-week training. No wireless experience required, and you’ll help customers choose devices and plans to fit their needs.

You will engage walk-in customers, hit sales targets, stay current on AT&T products, and may represent the brand at events. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide decisions on devices and plans.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
