Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate in Davenport, FL. This full-time role starts with paid three-week training and includes base pay plus uncapped commission.

No wireless experience required, but you will learn to guide customers to the right devices and plans to fit their needs. You’ll engage customers, meet monthly targets, and represent the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
