Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T authorized retailer, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans to make all that work. This is real sales: conversations, problem-solving, and closing on the floor.

Paid 3-week training provided. Base pay is the floor; commission can significantly increase earnings. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to work at nearby locations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
