Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate for a full-time position with base pay and uncapped commissions. Training is provided over three weeks, with no prior wireless experience required.

You’ll help customers choose devices and plans, close sales, and grow with the team. Expect a fast-paced store environment, opportunities across nearby locations, and evenings/weekends availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Hospitality background helpful.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and connection with customers.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and contribute to a welcoming store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
