Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to guide customers through device and plan selections and close sales. You will participate in a fully paid 3-week training and earn base pay with uncapped commissions.

You will engage customers, learn AT&T offerings, and develop product knowledge to meet monthly targets while representing the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Familiarity with wireless products and services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
• Hit monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
• Bring positive energy to the floor and foster a store culture
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
