Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. This full-time role features real sales conversations, problem-solving and closing, with paid 3-week training and uncapped commissions.

You will engage walk-in customers, stay current on AT&T products, and hit monthly targets while representing the brand with energy and integrity on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide decisions on devices and plans.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and support a welcoming store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
