Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate for a full-time role in Daytona Beach. Base pay with uncapped commissions plus a fully paid 3-week training program are offered. No prior wireless experience is required.

You will engage customers, advise on devices and plans, and work to meet monthly sales targets while staying current on AT&T products. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with ability to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Hospitality background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
